Training Program

Modules

Module 1: Introduction to AI Team Architecture
Refresh core prompting techniques and review key ChatGPT features. Then advance to the proprietary prompt methodology that becomes the "operating system" for your AI assistants.
Module 2: AI Engineering Approach
Architect your AI team. Learn about 1-3-1 promting technique and then expand it with 5-D prompts. Learn how to prepare GPT’s knowledge base and how your instructions steer your digital assistant.
Module 3: Core Development — Building Advanced GPT Assistants (2.5 hours)
Group work. Develop complete system instructions, knowledge bases, and configurations for your AI assistants. Apply the 1-3-1 Concept Development methodology and 5D prompt programming. Activate and test each assistant during the session.
Module 4: Testing & Presentation
Each group demonstrates their AI team in action: topic research → concept creation → call alignment → dissemination strategy → work package drafting.
Module 5: Next Steps — Scaling Your AI Team
Roadmap for expanding your AI team after the training. How to iterate, add new assistants, and integrate into your daily workflow.
