China control restriction applies. In line with the “restriction on control in innovation actions in critical technology areas” delineated in General Annex B, entities established in an eligible country but which are directly or indirectly controlled by China or by a legal entity established in China are not eligible to participate in the action.
Multi-actor approach is an eligibility criterion. Proposals that fail to implement the multi-actor approach will be rejected before evaluation. The consortium must include a meaningful representation of consumers, food service professionals, and other relevant end-users.
Financial support to third parties (FSTP) is allowed. The maximum amount to be granted to each third party is EUR 60,000.
