Multi-actor approach is an eligibility criterion. Proposals that fail to implement the multi-actor approach will be declared ineligible and rejected before evaluation.
This is a two-stage topic. Stage 1 proposals are limited to 10 pages. Stage 2 proposals (if invited) follow standard IA page limits (45 pages for lump sum).
Blind evaluation pilot. This topic is part of the blind evaluation pilot under which first stage proposals will be evaluated blindly. Applicants must not disclose organisation names, acronyms, logos nor names of personnel in the proposal abstract and Part B.
Financial support to third parties (FSTP) is allowed. Maximum EUR 60,000 per third party.
