What is CERV?

If you know Erasmus+ but not CERV — think of it as the EU programme for rights, equality, democracy, and civic participation. Running 2021–2027 with ~€1.55 billion. It funds civil society, municipalities, NGOs, and public bodies to protect EU values and engage citizens.

Who can apply? Civil society organisations, NGOs, municipalities, public authorities, equality bodies, social partners, think-tanks, research institutions. Profit-oriented organisations only in partnership with non-profits. Projects are typically transnational (2+ countries), though some calls allow national projects. Funding rate is usually 90% (lump sum).
